The Administration Division provides technical, operational and administrative leadership in the management of material resources for the achievement of the mandate of the Commission.
Responsibilities of the Administration Division

1. Provide inputs for formulation of policies of the Commission

2. Coordinate the development of the work plan of the Division

3. Ensure the preparation of the annual budget of the Division

4. Coordinate the preparation of annual and other periodic reports of the Division

5. Ensure the implementation of performance management policy in the Division

6. Ensure the availability of material resources to support the activities of the Commission

7. Coordinate the development of processes, procedures, and guidelines for the management of material resources of the Commission

8. Coordinate the development and management of ICT infrastructure for the Commission

9. Coordinate the preparation and implementation of procurement plans of the Commission

10. Coordinate the organization of all meetings, seminars, workshops, and conferences of the Commission

11. Oversee the management of the estate of the Commission

12. Oversee the management of the corporate image of the Commission

13. Oversee the effective and efficient management of records of the Commission
